About SeedingByte

Technology has become ordinary infrastructure. It sits inside communication, work, storage, privacy and everyday decisions. The explanations surrounding it have not always kept pace.

SeedingByte is an independent information publication created and operated personally by Rehan Anjum. It exists to make everyday technology easier to understand without pretending that every answer came from a laboratory, a product review desk or personal testing that never happened.

What SeedingByte covers

The publication focuses on artificial intelligence, privacy and online safety, software and digital tools, and the devices people already use in ordinary life.

Some questions are small: a confusing setting, a storage warning or an account problem. Others involve a more consequential decision about privacy, security, software costs or an AI service. SeedingByte treats both as legitimate reader problems. Commercial value may help decide which useful subjects deserve attention, but it does not decide the conclusion.

An information publication, not a testing publication

SeedingByte does not claim hands-on testing, ownership, measurements or personal experience unless that work genuinely occurred and the article says so clearly.

Most articles are developed through current primary documentation, official product information, government or standards-based guidance and other authoritative sources appropriate to the question. Verified fact, editorial interpretation and remaining uncertainty should not be blended into one confident sentence merely because it reads smoothly.

Who publishes SeedingByte

SeedingByte is published personally by Rehan Anjum. There is no invented editorial team, research department or testing lab behind the name.

Software may assist with research organization and drafting, but final responsibility for what is selected, checked and published remains with Rehan Anjum.

How the publication is funded

SeedingByte is supported through display advertising, initially through Google AdSense. Ads help keep the information available without a subscription.

Advertising is allowed to fund the publication. It is not allowed to choose an article’s conclusion, manufacture urgency or turn an ordinary explanation into a disguised sales page.

The standard behind the work

A useful article should leave the reader less dependent on vague explanations. That means answering the real question, using evidence that fits the claim, acknowledging limits and correcting material errors when they are found.

The purpose is not to make technology sound impressive. It is to make the reader’s next decision clearer.
